Our very popular Bloomsday Bike Ride is a lovely way to celebrate James Joyce his quintessential novel Ullysses.
This is a fun filled day out on bicycles. We kick off with a Joycean breakfast in Dalkey Garden school. Prize for the best dressed Joyce or Nora Barnacle look alike. Then we hit the road. Off to explore the Killiney, Dalkey and Sandycove area. Finishing in Glasthule for the famous Street party. It’s a stop start tour.
Breakfast can be purchased on the day for an additional €18.00 which includes:
Full Irish breakfast (rashers, sausages, Clonakilty black pudding, baked beans, egg, tomato and relish) Homemade scones and brown bread.
Freshly brewed tea or coffee.
Buck’s Fizz or freshly squeezed orange juice.
Granola, yoghurt and fresh fruit salad.
Dalkey Garden School. Saval Park road, Dalkey. (There is parking at Dart Station nearby if required)
Time: Bike tour begins at 11.30am.
Please come at 10am if you wish to have breakfast.
Bicycle hire can be provided at an additional charge of 15 euro.
